Our success, whether on the personal or professional level, depends a lot more on our emotions than most people are aware of. The latest results of brain research clearly show that we need positive emotions, like feelings of relationship, joy, fun or satisfaction, in order to be successful. On a basis of bad feelings, no one is capable of making the right decisions, solving problems, finding convincing arguments, let alone advancing one's personal development.
Furthermore, it is known that only 7 % of our communication is carried by content. In fact, 93 % of a conversation or lecture is perceived via our gestures, facial expressions, tone of voice, posture and charisma, which in turn are controlled by our emotions
With a stable basis an the right emotions

To a great degree, success depends on the decisions we are continuously making. Many people believe that it is preferable to make them in an unemotional ("neutral", "objective") manner. But is that possible at all? After all, we always have some kind of emotion.
Furthermore, our success also depends on how well we fulfil our tasks - also and especially in crisis situations.
Another factor for success is personal development. To achieve this, it is necessary that the body produces certain hormones that are associated with emotions like joy and relationship. However, in every-day life, most people rather tend to use emotions like rejection or self-rejection in order to "drill" others or themselves.
Also, for good teamwork or customer contact, interpersonal relationships are of high importance.
So this basic coaching is primarily about achieving an emotional stability that is sufficient to master any situation calmly. Building on this basis, you will learn methods to create, in a very short time, those emotions in yourself that are most useful for a given situation and help you to improve and make full use of your potential. At the same time, interpersonal conflicts are minimised.
With this basis, you will have a lot more fun in your job, and you will thus be able to face the challenges of life in the best possible way.
Of course, a top athlete has different goals than a broker, a sales representative, a supervisor or a course leader. With the specific coaching, we will address the needs of the respective field of activity and the individual potentials of employees.
For example, for a lecture, a sales talk, a meeting or an appraisal interview, it is very important to plan and control the emotional curve of the event. In most cases, however, only the subject matter is prepared thoroughly, whereas emotions are totally neglected, even though they play a dominant role in achieving a success. Where do I pick up the client emotionally? When should the audience be involved actively and when should they merely listen passively, but attentively? Do I want discussions to arise? When is fun the optimal emotion, when enthusiasm, and when, maybe, a feeling of relationship?
The most beneficial emotions for an event should always follow each other in an order that helps oneself and the others to get into a "flow" state in order to achieve the best possible results together.
A lecture, for example, is like a concert. It is not sufficient to know how to play an instrument, nor to simply play a few pieces perfectly that simply don't fit in a context - a virtuoso "lives" his music. Only if the listeners become a part of the whole, they will be able to devote themselves fully to it.
In the Specific Coaching, you will learn
That way, very specific coachings can be developed for each area of interest in order to further increase one's success significantly.
The coachings are held in the form of lectures, seminars, workshops and individual sessions.
